Monica co-founded Clearsulting after several years working in consulting and audit at PwC. Her experience spans finance business process improvement, M&A integration and project management, SOX and IT controls audits, accounting technology implementations, and more.

She’s helped companies across various industries identify high-impact improvement opportunities for their finance and audit functions. Along the way, she’s also supported clients in bringing digital capabilities to life, driving automation and enabling analytic analysis.

As CFO, Monica is responsible for leading Clearsulting’s internal operations, including finance, project enablement, people enrichment, and HR and talent. Her focus is on providing financial insights that inform our investment decisions and ensuring Clearsulting remains a great place to work.
