- Executed integrations across ERPs together with IT to understand future state of invoice generation, AR and AP postings, and clearing of intercompany transactions
- Identified critical requirements, like intercompany invoicing and systemic enforcement of thresholds and policies, to ensure successful transformation
- Weighed four options for implementation across ERPs, ultimately aligning on the most feasible implementation approach
