A multibillion-dollar real estate company came to us after deploying Coupa—while the foundational set up was helpful, their unique business requirements and organizational design required custom roles and permissions across the technology. With distinctive permissions for each user, the business struggled to segment and track employee access.

• Review Coupa’s data set of roles and permissions, running it through our proprietary engine to evaluate users with conflicting access
• Reassign roles where control issues existed
• Close gaps by re-designing the custom roles within Coupa and establishing a model to scale with the business
