The Royal BAM Group, a tier 1 contractor that designs, builds, and maintains infrastructure for public and private sector clients, turned to BlackLine for increased visibility of accounting and reconciliations processes for their United Kingdom and Ireland Division. They were eager to make quick progress and create greater accountability for aging, controls, and compliance.
What we did
Seeking a high-quality implementation that prioritised speed and transparency of cost, BAM opted for Clearsulting’s enablement approach, a 13-week, fixed-fee project that gets two modules up and running: Reconciliations and Tasks.
